Discover Bird Bam Bloom's 8-week after-school mahjong enrichment program! Designed especially for students in grades 2–5, this engaging class introduces children to the timeless game of mahjong through fun, hands-on learning in a welcoming and encouraging environment. Students build confidence, focus, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and meaningful friendships while learning together through play. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: Enrollment is completed on a first-come, first-served basis. A child's spot is reserved only after registration is submitted and full payment has been received. Because class sizes are intentionally kept small to provide personalized instruction, spaces are limited. Once a class reaches capacity, families may join the waitlist. Enrollment is for the entire session and cannot be transferred to another child without prior approval. Cancellation & Refund Policy: We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 14 or more days before the first class will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees. Cancellations made 7–13 days before the first class will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the first class are non-refundable, as materials and class planning have already been finalized. No refunds or make-up classes are provided for missed classes due to illness, vacations, scheduling conflicts, or other personal reasons. If Bumble & Bloom Social Club must cancel a class or an entire session, families will receive either a make-up class, credit toward a future session, or a full refund for any canceled classes. Waitlist Policy: If a class is full, families are welcome to join the waitlist at no charge. When a space becomes available, families will be contacted in the order they joined the waitlist. The offered spot must be accepted within 24 hours before it is offered to the next family. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee enrollment. Attendance Policy: Regular attendance helps children build confidence and develop their skills from week to week. Please notify us if your child will be absent. While we are unable to offer make-up classes or prorated tuition for missed sessions, we will gladly share what was covered in class so your child can continue learning at home. Late Pick-Up Policy: Please arrive promptly at dismissal. A 10-minute grace period is provided. After that, a late pick-up fee of $10 for every 10 minutes may be charged. Class Minimum Policy: Classes require a minimum number of enrolled students to run. If enrollment is too low, families will be notified before the session begins and will receive the option to transfer to another class or receive a full refund.
