Welcome to Bumble & Bloom Social Club! By registering for our classes, camps, events, or programs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Registration & Payment

Enrollment is confirmed only after registration is completed and full payment has been received. Space is limited and registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Attendance

Please make every effort to attend all scheduled sessions. Because each class builds upon previous lessons, missed classes cannot be made up unless otherwise stated.

Parent/Guardian Responsibility

Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate registration information, emergency contacts, and any relevant medical, allergy, or behavioral information needed to ensure their child's safety and success.

Health & Safety

Children who are ill or have a contagious condition should remain home until they are symptom-free according to current school or public health guidelines.

Behavior Expectations

Bumble & Bloom Social Club strives to provide a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for every participant. Students are expected to treat instructors, classmates, materials, and facilities with kindness and respect.

If a student's behavior repeatedly disrupts the learning environment or creates a safety concern, we reserve the right to contact parents and, if necessary, dismiss the student from the program. Refunds in these situations are at the discretion of Bumble & Bloom Social Club.

Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify schedules, instructors, curriculum, locations, or class offerings when necessary. If a class must be canceled by Bumble & Bloom Social Club, families will receive a full refund or the option to transfer enrollment to another available program.

Liability

While reasonable care and supervision are provided during all programs, participation is voluntary. By enrolling, parents or guardians acknowledge the inherent risks associated with children's activities and agree not to hold Bumble & Bloom Social Club, its instructors, employees, volunteers, or host facilities liable for injuries or losses except where required by law.

Intellectual Property

All lesson plans, curriculum, games, activities, printables, logos, graphics, and educational materials are the property of Bumble & Bloom Social Club and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission.

By registering for any Bumble & Bloom Social Club program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
